Each student was given a notable designer at random to create a Design Museum poster for a showcase of their work. I was handed Yohji Yammamoto. The idea was to make the poster using the techniques and influences of the designer rather than just imitating.
My approach was to create the imagery that had the look of material draped off a skeletal structure, the image on the poster stays partially out of sight which conforms to Yammamotos belief of having no restrictions in his work.
